UVLSRPC The Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission sponsors the HHW collections in New Hampshire communities of the Upper Valley and Sunapee region. Not all towns participate in the program. Each town contracts with UVLSRPC individually to put on the events, so if your town does not participate, contact your town government to encourage them to join in.
